Accessibility Statement

On Post is designed and built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across the manager side, the team app, and this website. The shared wall time clock is built to a stricter contrast target (Level AAA contrast with enlarged touch targets), because it is read at arm’s length in variable lighting.

• Color contrast is verified by automated tests that run on every change.
• Interactive components ship with automated accessibility checks (axe).
• Every control is keyboard-reachable with a visible focus state; pages carry skip links.
• Zoom to 200% is supported without loss of function, and pinch-zoom is never blocked.
• State is never conveyed by color alone; active navigation is announced to assistive technology.

Charts include an equivalent data table for screen readers; some third-party content (such as documents an employer uploads) may not meet our standard. If you find something that does not work with your assistive technology, we want to know.
